Utilizing technologies such as Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI), a web-based Shopping Cart, a Shipment Release Wizard (whereby the customer can build and release their loads themselves), and several other applications and services, we partner with our customers to help ensure that CMC Steel Alabama is the easiest supplier to do business with.  No sophisticated systems are required on our customer's end.  A web browser and Internet connection is all you need to take advantage of these services.

 You can have confidence in these systems because CMC Steel Alabama's Information Technology department is certified by both The Computing Technology Industry Association (CompTIA) and Microsoft.  In addition to this, over 80% of the staff are certified in various aspects of their profession.
