International Mills
The International Mills segment is comprised of mills located in Poland and Croatia and fabrication facilities in Poland and Germany. The Polish mills, located in Zawiercie, have a capacity of 1.9 million tons and combined comprise the second largest steel producer in Poland manufacturing primarily rebar, high quality and merchant wire rod and merchants shapes. The facility has two melting furnaces, two casters, two long product mills, a wire rod mill, and a wire rod block. The bar mills produce concrete reinforcing bar and merchant products which include rounds, squares, and flats. The wire rod mill produces wire rod in drawing and mesh quality. The Polish mills sell primarily to fabricators, distributors and construction companies. Principal customers for wire rod are meshmakers, end users and distributors. The mill in Croatia has an annual capacity of 120,000 tons and produces seamless pipe.

International Marketing and Distribution
This segment is a physical business which markets, distributes and processes metals, steels, ores, concentrates, industrial minerals, ferroalloys, chemicals and industrial products through a global network of marketing and distribution offices, processing facilities, service centers and other investments and joint ventures. This segment functions as a global marketing channel for metal producers and fabricators, providing technical information and assistance, financing, transportation and shipping (including chartering of vessels), just-in-time warehousing, processing, storage, insurance, hedging and the ability to consolidate smaller purchases and sales into larger, more cost-efficient transactions.
